Why This Work Exists
I have witnessed people oever people everyone depended on being least likely ever to prioritize themselves. I created this work to restore calm, rebuild boundaries, and reconnect leaders to their own decision-making capacity.
They needed tools for restoring choice.
Calm Is Command, Not Coping.
